Refund policy

Returns
Our policy is NO refund or return. We ONLY ACCEPT size exchange.

Exchanges
We only accept size or style exchanges (If is available). Not applicable for white clothes and accessories. 

The client has 15 days after the purchase to submit an exchange.  The client needs pre-authorization for the exchange, and the clothes needs to be in the original package and that it has not been used.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchange. It's final sale.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they arrived to the client's hands, defective or damaged or is the wrong size. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at thekarlyshhcloset@gmail.com and send your item to the return address. 


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address that is on the package. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
